Are these really one-off payments?
Yes. Both Essentials and Forever are pay-once. No monthly billing, no surprise renewals. When you pay, you're paying for the lane to keep working.
What's the difference between the two?
Essentials is for one beautifully made Memory Lane, perfect for honouring one person, one pet, or one occasion. Forever lets you make up to five lanes, invite family to contribute, and gives you more space for video.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Essentials and decide you want more, you can upgrade to Forever and only pay the difference. Your existing lane and all its memories come with you.
Are the keepsakes (plaques, keychains) included?
The physical pieces are bought separately in the shop. Each one carries the QR code that links to the lane you choose at checkout. They work with both pricing options.
What happens if I never pay?
You can still create a lane and explore freely; you'll just be asked to choose a plan when you're ready to publish or share it widely.
